Sony Ericsson Bluetooth Watch Gives New Meaning To Hands Free

By Ernest Doku

Sony Ericsson have certainly been branching out with a range of accessories more related to sexy phone lifestyle than mobiles themselves.

First was the Maria Sharapova’s line of bags and purses to keep your handset snug, and now the ladies have a far more gadget-y phone connection with the MBW-200 Bluetooth Watch.

Designed by watch-makers Fossil, the timepieces come in three ‘fashion forward’ styles, but are also stocked to the gills with techy features like showing caller ID, vibrating when calls and texts are received and even controlling music functions on Walkman phones.

The watch automatically pairs up when in a proximity of up to 30 feet from the phone, making the switch from timepiece to phonepiece seamlessly.

The MBW-200 range will be available in the tail end of 2008, but only to ladies so fancy they need to reject calls with a flick of the wrist. The prices have not been announced, but I’m sure they will be able to afford it…
