Thanks to a new survey by JD Power, Orange can officially be called the worst mobile phone provider around. 3340 mobile phone users across the country were asked to judge their providers on price, style, reception, promotions, handset quality and customer service.

Thankfully Oranges are not the only phone companies - and if you are thinking of switching, Tesco Mobile and Virgin Mobile might be who to turn to, for pre-paid and contract deals respectively. They received the highest satisfaction rating.
